This is an invitation for men who feel the quiet pull (or, at times, the not-so-quiet yank) to come home to themselves - and to the truth of their hearts.
In a world that keeps us in our heads, IN.SIGHT.FULL offers an embodied way to reconnect through movement, presence, ceremony, and honest connection with our hearts, our relationships with others, and with the land we will be on. Together, we slow down, cultivate, and listen to the wisdom of the body and heart - remembering what’s already here.
This is not about fixing yourself. It’s about rediscovering and reclaiming your essential nature: grounded strength, emotional depth, clarity, creativity, intuition, and authentic expression. The heart-led power that may have been buried beneath expectation, performance, or survival.
You will be held in a supportive container of men, with space to explore, feel, and integrate - at your own pace.
Come as you are.
Leave more fully yourself.

About Thomas: Thomas is a psychotherapist working at the intersection of body, heart, and mind, integrating somatically based IFS and Natural Processing approaches to support lasting change. Since 1992, he has been devoted to men’s work through New Warrior, Men Alive, and long-standing men’s circles, where brotherhood, mentorship, and accountability continue to shape and challenge him, calling him toward deeper integrity and presence.
He found the dance in 2000 and, in 2019, apprenticed in Movement Medicine with founders Ya’Acov Darling Khan and Susannah Darling Khan. In this workshop, Thomas weaves psychotherapy, men’s work, and embodied practice to create a grounded and intentional space where men can slow down, listen deeply, and reclaim the heart-led strength and clarity that may have been buried beneath expectation or performance. He is honored to be sharing this work—and the dance—with you.
Cancellation Policy: A full refund is available up to 14 days before the workshop. A $15 administration fee will be charged if you cancel within 14 days of the event.
