An immersive weekend dance journey designed to evolve the flame of embodied inquiry that expands our sense of intimacy with all that arises. The subtleties of emotions, the textures of sensations, and receptivity to the quality of presence in the space between us, penetrate barriers to the free unfolding of our personal and collective soul.

In the garden of deep dancing, deep listening, and authentic expression, all senses engage and become conduits of perception. A responsiveness and an openness of our whole body and being reveal the multi-dimensional nature of our experience. The space within and the space between us deepens in true intimacy.

This weekend you will dance a lot, connect to yourself and others, and gain insights on how to:

  • Dance deeply, tenderly, and wildly as we find ourselves collectively in this complex and rapidly changing world

  • Use movement to ground, center, and resource yourself and your nervous system

  • Grow an embodied sense of expanded presence and receptivity

  • Embrace what is alive in each moment - deep body listening of the subtleties of emotions and the textures of sensations

  • Cultivate the ability through the dance to follow your experience into a deeper, heart-full unfolding

  • Deepening body and heart intimacy with the texture of the present moment

Are you interested in the workshop, but unable to attend the whole weekend?  Come dance on Friday only from 7:00 to 9:30pm.

This workshop welcomes both complete beginners and experienced movers. There is no choreography to get right, and no dance experience or ability necessary, just a willingness to move and explore the familiar and unknown.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
A full refund minus $50 administration fee is available up to 7 days before the event. No refunds less than one week before the event.
If the event organizer needs to cancel for any reason, a full refund will be provided. All travel and lodging costs are at the participants' expense and risk.
